Chief Technology Officer - Database and Online Real Estate Marketplace Development

Kendrick Realty is hiring for a new CTO, and we are exploring having our CTO be based offshore. We currently have about 25 full time home based employees in the Philippines. The CTO would need to commute several times a year to meet with our Executives in California. A brief job outline is here:
