The Role
As the company’s Business Development Manager, you will be apart of a team of assassins exploring, qualifying and engaging new market segments. You will be working directly with the CEO. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Key Outcomes Within The 1st Year
Created 8-12 distribution partnerships
Train 2-3 JR. BDR’s
Key Role Activities
Research, identify, and close new distribution opportunities,
Understand customer needs to develop creative solution i.e. product development, services,
Understand, simplify, and automate your
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Required Qualifications
WIth a degree in Business or any related course from a reputable University
Ability to recognize opportunities and communicate product value effortlessly.
Experienced on the phone and general lead outreach experience.
Very comfortable working in the cloud, using Google Apps, Excel, and CRM tools (Hubspot) a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Outgoing, engaging, and eternal optimist that brings enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to work each and every day.
Empathetic and customer-focused, able to tease out the underlying motivations to help identify and solve others’ problems.
Obsessed about growth and learning - always looking for new and better ways of doing things.
Extremely proactive with the ability to thrive in an unstructured environment.
Full time & ability to work United States (PST) hours.
