Our company is looking for a Web Developer/IT Coordinator to add to the team. The job description is not limited to the below. Our start-up culture has helped Texas Ally become one of the fastest growing real estate brokerages in the Central Texas Area. This role will be split between supporting an executive with reporting, expense reports, business analysis, calendar, and call management along with assisting in the management of the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. Our company is growing, so we are looking for candidates that are willing to learn, grow and evolve with the position.
Qualifications:
- Expert with Wordpress and can fix website related issues
- Expert with Cpanel and WHM
- Able to manage server via root access
- Strong knowledge in Website optimization
- Familiar in using Google Office Tools (Sheets, Docs, Form, etc)
- Familiar with Lead Generation and using a CRM
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; updating any needed changes
- Work with management to resolve administrative problems
- Develop new processes, and creating the appropriate documentation
- Contribute to team effort by pursuing company related goals as needed
Requirements:
- Fast PC/Laptop
- Internet Connection of 10mbps or higher
- Webcam or built-in camera with good audio
- Excellent English Communication skills, Administrative and Organization Skills
- Independent, able to operate in a startup environment
- Organized and detail oriented
- Quick to learn, comfortable with working with multiple online tools simultaneously
- Can work full time, graveyard shift
- VA experience is a plus, but not required
- Creative, proactive and flexible
Duties:
Maintain & Optimize Website (Wordpress)
Manage Server (via Cpanel, WHM, and root access)
Manage
Automate various processes using a tool called Zapier
Manage CRM tool
Run regular recurring reports
Contribute to company goals however possible
Troubleshoot tech-related issues and resolve
Be prepared to wear multiple hats! We are still a startup!

Job Details:
Time: 9am-5pm CST (11pm-7am MNL Time)
Work Days: (Monday-Friday)
Hours of Work: 8 hours Full Time
Compensation: $500/every 4 weeks (payout every 2 weeks)
