Hello, we are looking to hire candidates with years of experience with Amazon Seller Support who fit the following creteria:

Experience working with Amazon
Fluent written and spoken English
Able to work 9-5 PM EST
Able to make phone calls to seller support
Experience dealing with seller performance

We sell our own branded private label products in a highly competitive space and our listings sometimes come under attack by competitors who merge our products and add banned keywords in order to take them down. You will need to know how to navigate through our seller account to the problem listings and identify the source of the issue then call seller support and get the product reinstated quickly.
