Social Media Manager

Hi there! We are a tech startup looking for a Instagram manager that is highly proficient in the below skills, and understands Twitter/FB/Instagram. Please let us know why you are the perfect person for this job, and the level 1-10 of the below ---------- is important for us that we find someone that is highly dedicated and is looking for a full-time + long term commitment. We are looking to bring on someone that will stay with us at least for 1-2 + years. Also, we are looking for someone that can write a lot of comments, so your English level should be relatively high to compete for this position.

Questions:
1. Have you ever managed social media? How well do you understand instagram?
2. How well do you understand Twitter?
3. How well do you understand Yotube?
4. Are you available on a full-time basis?
5. Are you fluent in english? If not, skill level 1-10?
6. What is the level of your english writing?

Salary Note: This social media manager position starts at 10,000/month, $15,000/month in July, and $20,000/month going into Nov 2019.
