Are you a Customer Support VA with a passion for online marketing?

Hi and nice to e-meet you!

My name is Karl and I am looking for a rockstar VA that specialises in Customer Service & Support (preferably with experience working with clients in the online marketing space) to join our growing team and help us provide an exceptional customer experience to our monthly membership customers.

You would be working alongside our Executive Assistant and would be responsible for customer support via email, uploading weekly content to Wordpress and Kajabi and other various admin tasks to help support our growing membership.

We have been in business for over 3 years and run an online marketing academy (membership) and popular podcast. We teach Mums how to start, grow and scale their businesses authentically using specific marketing methods and a proven system. We are an exciting small business and we are growing fast!!! I am looking for someone to help and grow along with us :)

You would need to be flexible, be able to work to tight deadlines and have an exceptional level of communication! This would start out with 5-7 hours work per week and build depending on your skills, ability and performance.

Responsibilities will include:
- Reply to customer emails with clear solutions within 24 hours
- Processing membership cancellations
- Fielding incoming support and enquire emails (current and potential customers)
- Creating graphics in Canva
- Wordpress blog entry
- Various Scheduling via Zoom, Calendly and Google Calendar
- Transcription (not very often)

- Quip, Kajabi, Missive, Wordpress, Slack, Keynote, Canva, Asana, Zoom + Others
