Customer Service Assistant

Looking for a systems oriented person to provide customer support. The ideal person will be able to work in a number of different online systems: zendesk, magento, wordpress, ups tracking to gather and organize information to support customers. Should be able to provide US english phone support for technical customers.

Provide email and phone support for customers:
- Provide pre-sales customer support for general questions
- Taking orders over the phone with credit card processing
- Tracking order/delivery status
- Develop FAQ database from existing helpdesk tickets

Website/online work:
- Maintain product listings on Magento ecommerce site
- Maintain product listings on Ebay
- Web programing ability a bonus

Fulfillment:
- Work with product fulfillment company to track order progress and expedite as necessary

Graphics/writing
- Experience with printed page layout and technical writing for product manual editing a bonus
