SEO expereinced in PBN and Link Building

I’m looking for a person in love with SEO, Link Building and all Web Marketing world.
I have a quite big base of web sites and I need to grow others.
I’m looking for long time job relationship, the person can either have already a good base of SEO and Web Marketing subjects or can learn it on the go.

2 - If and where you have already experience
3 - Do you currently have a job either full-time or part-time?
4 - Where are you based in the Philippines
5 - Are there often power outages in your area?
