We are looking for experienced with proven records to establish our new back office unit in Manila/Cebu.
The primary functions of the back office are to support our own online software offering.
1) Online Technical Supports (voice and non-voice)
2) Sales and marketing to our international customers
3) Software implementation and consultation services.
4) Billing and accounting functions.
The individual should possess the ability to understand and implement
1) All services mentioned above
2) Recruit and organize the business unit
3) Manage and motivate employee to meet business objectives.
The individual must have minimum 5 years managerial experience in similar capacity for a reputable BPO company.
