JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a mother who has breastfed her baby? Are you interested in joining a company who helps new mothers connect to their babies? If yes, then this may be the right job for you.

We are a UK based start-up who is looking for a motivated virtual assistant to join our team. Initially for about 10-20 hours per week. You should have a high interest in breastfeeding, and you should be able to deal with the following tasks:

Help research and write blog posts and e-book content about breastfeeding, recipes, etc

Manage Pinterest
Write SEO-friendly board descriptions for existing boards and fill with re-pins from others
Create pins in Canva, using pre-agreed templates, linking to Mama Nosh landing pages, blog and products
Join 5 highly relevant, high traffic group boards and post to them daily
Schedule future pins with Tailwind and join Tailwind tribes


Manage Facebook group and Mailchimp mailing list
Send a welcome message out every Thursday evening, tagging new group members
Vet and accept new people joining the group, and put their email addresses into Mail Chimp
Schedule group posts via the Facebook scheduling tool
Answer group members questions in the chat (or highlight to me if needed)
Join other breastfeeding groups on Facebook with your personal account and promote the Mama Nosh group (if the group allows promotions)


Later scheduling app
Help schedule social media posts for Instagram, Facebook page and Twitter using the scheduling app Later

Wordpress website management
Monthly checking that all links work
Schedule blog posts
Commenting on mum blogs and forums to create backlinks to the Mama Nosh website
