Virtual Assistant with Photoshop and Video Editing Skills Needed

I'm looking for a part-time virtual assistant who can help with daily tasks for an online selling company. Tasks primarily will include Photoshop, Vector or Illustration (Graphic Artist), Video Editing / Animation (example: ---------- ). You will also have minor data entry work.

Key skills I'm looking for are as follows:
1.) Knowledge the following:
- Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel (any similar tool)
- Video Editing/Animation is a must
- Google Spreadsheet codes & function (for automation)

2.) Must be able to communicate in English since the job will include communicating with a team across the internet while working independently.

3.) Can work without supervision, and can easily learn and follow assigned tasks/projects.

(Part-Time) - 5 hours/day, 4 days/week
Workdays are FRIDAY - MONDAY.
6,000-10,000 PHP
(Full-Time) - 8 hours/days, 5 days/week
Workdays are FRIDAY - TUESDAY.
10,000 - 16,000 PHP
Working hours FLEXIBLE.
