Experienced Logo and Web Designer Needed

I am looking for a part or fulltime designer who works very fast pace with high quality work. Must be creative and know how to create new ideas from detailed descriptions of the target market, and also be able to do designs that are just slight modification of existing designs.

Expectation is for logos and header concepts to be produce within 1-2 hours depending on the task, then we collaborate, and you work from the feedback.

Will be design logos, ebook graphics, banners, and headers.

Working hours are between 0800 and 19:00 GMT-4 so 8 am to 7 pm EST. Not all those hours, but during that time frame.
