Reporting to Emmelie De La Cruz, the CEO and Lead Strategist of The Revenue 15 Agency, the Online Business Manager is responsible for providing administrative services and team management on a full-time basis. The position serves as the first point of contact for Revenue 15’s customers, clients and staff. This role requires exceptional communication, strong organizational skills, leadership, and top-notch customer service skills in a virtual, fast-paced environment. This role is focused on:
1. Content Creation -- write sales copy for the agency and our clients
2. Project Management -¬ make sure things happen on time, and communicate status. Utilize collaboration tool to manage all projects and ensure they are completed on time and to company standards.
3. People Management¬ - communicate clearly, supervise others and review work, answer questions and provide guidance.

Full-time; 35 hours per week
