Full Time VA - Email Marketing, Data Entry & Research Work.

Looking for a Full-Time VA

We are a Hong-Kong based international trading company looking to hire a full-time VA. Ideally we are looking to build a team of quite a few VA’s over a period of time & hence we are looking for people who are serious about a full-time job and willing to dedicate themselves to a company. You will initially start with data entry and data search jobs and gradually over the course of the work, as you gain more and more experience and handle new tasks, you will move on to other online marketing tasks. You will get to learn about online marketing as well as International Trade (Import & Export) as part of this job.

We are looking for someone who can be flexible & can enjoy both data entry tasks as well as more challenging research tasks. Someone who will become a part of our team and is willing to give his best when the company needs & develop a relationship with us.

Some of the Daily Tasks would include:

• Data Entry Jobs: Transferring information from Business Cards in Excel.
• Search Tasks: Finding e-mail addresses of businesses from their “Business Name” & Other info, finding potential partners & customers for us and sending them emails.
• Sending manual emails to potential customers.
• Managing E-Mail Lists
• Monitoring websites & forums for content of interest to us & sending us a summary of important links at the end of the day.
• Posting on forums & websites like Yahoo Answers.
• Connecting with Prospects on Linkedin.
• Monitoring social media sites like Twitter, Facebook etc. for potential customers & trying to get contact with them.
• Online research work

Key Skills that we are looking for include:
• Attention to Detail
• Good Typing Speed
• Accountability

Applicant should have the following facilities
• Broadband connection & dedicated computer
• Good set of headphones/speakers in case of audio conversation is required

Candidates with the following skills would be preferred:
• E-Mail Marketing experience, especially experience with using Interspire E-Mail Marketer.
• Someone keen on learning about International Trade
• Willing to work 5 and a half days a week. Able to do “Paid” overtime every now and then depending on the requirements.


Payments
• Happy to pay on weekly basis initially for the first few weeks and move on to Monthly salary at the end of the probation period.
