JOB OVERVIEW

Our business focusses its product and service delivery around the needs of budding entrepreneurs and existing small business owners.

We have over 25 different business based products that we want you to develop that will answer questions about everything from human resources management, quality, environmental management systems, cash control, health and safety, internet marketing and more.

Each product contains a comprehensive transcript and associated power point presentations which are to narrated and turned into video-info products for our membership website. (we will provide you an example of an existing product for you to get an idea of what we expect in terms of layout and quality of content)

Ideally you are able to develop the info-products and once content approved, record and narrate each video-info product from the transcript you have created.

Once you have created the transcript (that you will use to talk to whilst recording the on-screen power point presentation using camtasia (or similar) you are then required to record a video review of each product that you have completed.

The challenge for us is to find someone with info-product development experience and video/narration skills who also has a strong business acumen and the ability to be believable and has a passion for business in their voice.

Another key aspect of our relationship with the right person is to be available for a long term working relationship. This is important as we need to be sure that we provide the same voice throughout each and every project.

We prefer users of camtasia and have a 12 second intro-video and exit video that must be edited into the videos - each video must use the 'fade' transition into and out of the production for consistency.

You must be available to talk with us directly on Skype and you must be a perfectionist and be willing to go back and resolve any product quality issues as necessary.

To ensure we budget for this project, we have test recorded a number of our products by completing the production ourselves; based on our experiences, we estimate that each production from start to submission should take you no longer than approximately 5 hours.

We have over 40 products planned so this will be a longer term project and we need to build and maintain a relationship with the right provider and will be looking to view you as one of our team.
