Marketing Assistant Facebook Ads

Fast growing Singapore based marketing agency is looking for a Facebook Marketing Assistant that handles different aspects of FB marketing.

Tasks:
1) create Facebook pages with short description
2) create simple logo for page
3) find content to post on facebook page (images, videos, articles on other sites)
4a) find and create posts that people will interact with (high engagement posts like humour, memes, tipps and tricks etc - depending on the targeted audience)
4b) upload ads to Facebook Ad Manager (you will get details like targeting, ad images, ad texts, ad links lli. ecom a Google Drive file)
5) boost posts to create engagement for site
6) control and check the daily spending of facebook ad accounts and keep track in it in Google Drive sheet
7) data entry: researching ecommerce products and pasting the details inside a .csv so we can use it with Woocommerce (we have a template for this)
8) video editing: simple video editing of small clips that have to be edited together to create 10-15 second long videos.
9) various basic data and office tasks.

Requirements:
- reliable, punctual, honest.
- you must follow the SOPs (standard operating procedures) of the tasks 100% closely
- you must be able to work between 10 am and 8 pm Singapore time zone. You are free to work on your own time as long as it is within this timeframe.
- you must have a good understanding of Facebook and a basic understanding of Facebook Ads
- you must have experience with Excel as you have to track everything with Google Drive
- understanding of basic Spanish is a plus as some parts of the backend is in Spanish (you do not have to write Spanish content pieces or ads, just be able to read the ---------- of Facebook Ads in Spanish would help). This is not a requirement but we thought it's good to add.
- basic Photoshop skills are a plus
- communication via instant messenger (Flock) and voice calls (Skype)

- good, fast internet connection

Time tracking with Timeproof app until we built enough trust.
Payment weekly via Paypal. Please note that the starting salary will be lower if we have to train you first.
National holidays are paid off days.
We will provide training via videos.
This is a long term, full-time job.
