Grafic designer for Tshirts

I am looking for a professional part time grafic designer who can translate my ideas for tshirt designs. If i am very satisfied with your work, i will change from parttime to fulltime. For me it is very important to have a honest, trustfull and transparent relationship, hopefully with a lot of fun.

1. Step i need to know what your skills are and if your stile fits my needs.
2. i will send you ideas which you will realize for me.
3. It is very very important that we do not violate trademark or copyrights.

Wage/Salary
For me it is important you give a fair salary to you. My wish is to start at the lower and and if i am very happy with your work the salary would go up quite fast. If i could be successful with my business for shure i would let you participate. I see you as part of my team.
