Virtual Assistant (Accounts Specialist)

We need TWO virtual assistants. One will do admin tasks for a digital marketing company. The other will do sales and customer service tasks for a financial consultancy firm.

They call you virtual assistants. We call you accounts specialists.

The accounts specialists who work for us are not average joes. We are not looking for “data entry specialists” because we don’t see the need to “specialize” in a type-copy-paste kind of job. We are looking for accounts specialists who can make us scratch our head and wish that we should have met you a long time ago. We need you if you visualize yourself in a scene wherein you’re giving us more suggestions than questions.

Although we prefer candidates who are already skilled, we know that skills can be learned. If you know how to write, read, and search on Google, you can learn anything you like. We’re more concerned about your attitude and character than your skills.

With equal importance, we need you if you are the kind of person who spends more time and calories in finding ways on how to make things happen instead of dwelling on how to justify why you can’t make things happen.

data mining and research

content writing
keyword research
graphic design (Adobe Photoshop and similar tools)
video editing (Adobe Premiere and similar tools)
others
Excellent writing and speaking skills in English are a must.
