Professional Commercial Maintenance (PCM) is growing. We are in pursuit of an energetic and experience Janitorial Appointment Setter to join our team. We are a thriving Janitorial company that operates in Calgary and surrounding area in Alberta Canada. Our industry is booming and we are in need to find the next perfect fit for our growing team.

The candidate must be self motivated to do calls from home and you will assist us by leveraging your strong sales and outbound cold calling background. You will be working with a team of high performers that can execute at lightning speed with a focus on detail and results.

MUST NOT BE AFRAID TO DIAL 160 PLUS PHONE CALLS A DAY AND GET LOTS OF REJECTION.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Build and grow a sales pipeline by developing business relationships through managing a portfolio of clients,cold calling, and any other lead generation technique
- Maintain a CRM and generate 3 new appointments a day for your manager.
- Make up to 160 calls a day while maintaining a great attitude.
- Work collaboratively with our team to build and present compelling solutions.
- Overall-meet sales targets by generating and closing new business opportunities.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Previous Cold Calling experience, 1-10 years an asset
- Experience generating new business
- Ability to be part of a team and be self motivated
