Outbound Sales Representative - PIONEER TEAM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Do outbound calls and contact hot leads provided through manual and auto dialling
• Convince customers to purchase products by providing features, benefits, and discounts
• Consistently hit target KPIs (QA, Productivity, Sales Target)

Requirements:
• Completed at least 2 years in College (old curriculum) or SHS graduate
• CSR/Sales experience preferred but not required
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Willing to handle a sales program
• Willing to work in Taguig / Makati
• Amenable to shifting schedule
• Willing to work in a start-up environment
• Willing to work in a fast-paced call center environment
