Expert PHP + MVC + MySQL (All Custom Code so Full Stack Dev Only)

I'm looking for an expert developer in PHP to work on and overhaul a site called Oil Authority a custom PHP MVC site that needs a ton of updating. The site has basic js errors in form fields and also requires a lot of custom PHP dev to complete it. I'd like to fix the basic bugs and migrate it over to React/Node.Js at a later date. I am considering server side React in the long run but for now it will all be PHP. Code standards and documentation will be an important part of doing this job. Knowledge of WHM/CPanel and version control with Bitbucket/Jira. DB optimization and security knowledge of PHP would definitely be a big asset. Do you feel you have the experience and knowledge to do the above? Only experienced applicants apply (knowledge will be tested).

Must also have fundamental knowledge of search friendly site structure regarding faceted search, schema, sitemap, clean urls, and canonical pages.

Advanced knowledge of: MVC + MySQL + PHP required
Experience in building React/Node.js SSR (Server Side Rendering (desirable)
