JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,
My name is Lily.

I am running three businesses in the UK.

One of them is an English School.
I have done a lot of research about accelerated learning and I need someone to help me prepare lesson plans.
Next year I will publish a book about accelerated learning.
I am planning to create online courses in English and also use the lesson plans in my school.

I am also using Social Media Marketing for this business and I have been trained by well known experts in the field. I have invested time, effort and money to learn not just Social Media marketing but how to create and run a business online.
At the moment I am acquiring even more knowledge and I always make sure I keep myself up to date.

2 What I am looking for

An English teacher with experience writing and teaching English with PERFECT ENGLISH to create and write LESSON PLANS.
ALSO potentially someone to write and research other things for my business and other tasks as required.
the main thing I need help with is writing LESSON PLANS using accelerated learning techniques - I will train you about what I need.
I need you to create a lesson plan that includes a link to some relevant videos, energetic music to get students in a peak state, also grammar - for instance let's say I am teaching "past continuous", then you could prepare a lesson about that including videos, energetic music, write or copy exercises from the internet.
you may need to paste pictures into the plans as well.

-- SEO/backlinking

3. Value You will receive
For you to be able to help me I will train you about my knowledge on the accelerated learning,
business and Social Media so you are capable to complete the tasks.
I will share with you courses I have taken and knowledge I have received and I will receive in the future so you will have to keep up to date on all the information needed.
The knowledge you will have after training will not only be useful for my business but a very valuable knowledge for you, and you will benefit in many ways from that knowledge and I will be happy to help you to grow in it.
4. Flexibility
We don't ask for a specific amount of hours only for the job to be done. You will be free to manage your time
5. How will the work be done and monitored
This is a flexible position and reports will be done every day at the beginning and after the first 3 months when we have a review we will do reports every week. In this review we will check on the amount of work and hours invested against the money paid.The more you help my business to grow the more I will pay you.
6. Payment
We will start with a basic salary of $250 a month and we will review it as said every 3 months.
