We are looking for an experienced customer service manager to handle customer service for our website, Amazon,
PLEASE NOTE the following important requirements for this job:
1. Job hours will be 9 am to 5 pm U.S. Pacific time.
2. Your spoken English is great! Because you'll need to answer the phone sometimes.
3. Must have experience answering Amazon customer messages
4. Must have experience managing Amazon reviews by responding to negative comments.
5. Must have experience with Wordpress, because you'll be working with our website.
6. Must use a CRM - please let us know which ones you use.
7. College/university degree preferred
You'll need to learn about our barbecue and grilling products, so that you can be truly helpful and supportive to customers. You'll be able to recommend other products as you get to know your customers.
