Content Writer - FULL TIME

We are looking for a FULL TIME and PERMANENT content writer to join our team! We need a content writer who would be able to both write articles from videos we have created and help direct our video editor to create clips from the video to be used for informational and FAQ segments. We need someone who will be able to learn to write in the speaker's "voice" so articles/posts sound like they were written by him.

Your location can be anywhere, but you need to have a reliable internet connection and you must speak and understand written and spoken English.

You can choose your schedule and work during PH hours, but will need to communicate in advance with us so we are all agreed on expectations.

IMPORTANT: In order to be considered, you must include "I Read The Whole Job Description" in the subject or first line of your application or reply. If you don’t include this, we won’t read your application.

PAY INFORMATION: Payment of ---------- (negotiable) PHP will be made weekly for the first 2-4 weeks during the trial period, and then payment of between 8,400-12,000 PHP will be made every two weeks thereafter. This is approximately 18,200-26,000 PHP per month or annually 218, ---------- ,000 per year as the base salary (not including other pay and benefits such as prorated 13th month, performance bonuses, vacation time and holiday pay).

Additional Benefits Offered:

-13th month pay (after you have worked for us for at least 6 months)
-Regular Holidays are paid time off and Special Non-Working days are non-paid time off if they fall on a weekday.
-One (1) sick/vacation days paid per month starting after 1 month of service. This will accrue up to a maximum of 12 days if not used (we WANT you to use them).
-Consideration to pay SSS and PhilHealth after 6 months of service.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- We prefer someone who has a conversational tone writing in English (which doesn't sound like it was keyword stuffed, is not fluffy to meet a word count, is not PLR sounding content etc).
- You would need to take video recordings of question/answer periods and turn them into blog posts/articles. You may need to take transcriptions of videos/audio and be able to edit them to repurpose for blog posts.
- You need to be able to direct our current PH video editor to pull clips out of the full video that would be most relevant.
- Your writing might include blog posts, articles, FAQs, or social media posts.
- There will be a period where you provide drafts that the speaker will edit to be in his voice until you get the hang of his approach to speaking/writing and are able to write that way on your own.
