Pre Foreclosure , Auction Leads and Skip Tracing

I need someone that can find homeowners that are about to lose their homes and the homes are about to go back the bank,what i can do is buy the home from them as soon as 1-3 days.what is would need is for someone to find these owners so that i can contact them and help them. i am Real Estate Investor.i need there name,address of the home how much the home is worth,how much they owe on the home now, the date the home is going to be sold or given back to the lender,the size of the home and any tax liens on the title of the home.
