T-shirt graphic designer

I'm looking to hire multiple talented graphic designers. Workload would be around 100 unique designs per month.
Workflow will be as follows: I will send you design ideas/links that need to be recreated in a unique way. All designs are to be completely original. You will need to have an understanding of Creative Commons licenses and trademarks in general so as not to infringe on the work of others.
The first batch of designs will be small as we learn to work together. I will require links to any artwork used to make sure that the designs are available for commercial use.
