Virtual Assistant E-Commerce Ebay Lister

Swamp Turtle Toys is a startup company that obtains various new and gently used items through multiple sourcing opportunities and resells them for profit. We have been growing at a rapid rate and we are now looking to add a virtual assistant to the team to help make sure that all new and backlogged inventory is timely listed and optimized for best possible ---------- itial Job Responsibilities include:
• Improve existing listings by creating HTML templates for a more appealing and informative product
description.
• Create and maintain active listing on eBay platform from a provided draft sheet and photographs.
• Research product comparables and market pricing to improve listing visability and performance while
making content adjustments over time.
• Improve and maintain the active eBay store with markdowns and promotions as requested.
• Maintain excel spreadsheet with all new listings, and daily sales and profit analysis.
• Report progress and any problems or questions via a daily email.

Future Job Responsibilities may include:
• Adding additional online platforms such as Amazon, Poshmark, Mercari, and other local sites such as Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and Offer Up.
• Identify online sourcing opportunities via online arbitrage and even eBay and other e-commerce sites.

Previous E-commerce experience is highly recommended as we have a backlog of inventory that needs to be listed in a timely fashion. The successful candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. They should be comfortable with proper English to be able to write the detailed product descriptions. Desirable traits are to be organized, self-motivated, have excellent time management skills, loyal and committed.

The candidate can work from home during your local working hours assuming there is a reliable internet connection that will not be interrupted to frequently via communications and power disruptions, understanding that there may be some.

The intent of this position is to grow into a long-term full time position that grows in responsibility and compensation as the company grows and thrives. The better the company performs the more incentives there may be for its employees.
