outbound phone person

prefer a female caller, that has a pleasant voice and speaks good english. She will be making out bound calls to a list of property owners , where most of them are absentee owners, who are either have the property currently vacant, or currently renting the property out.
we have a proven script where the caller will follow, and to carry on a simple conversation with the prospective seller.
