Advertising Production Specialist

We are a Creative Marketing Agency in the US seeking an individual to assist in advertising for Social Media, Email and Mobile/Desktop Banner Ads.
Must have the capacity to create marketing material without a lot of direction, create ad concepts, design advertisements, implement into social media ads - Facebook and Instagram, email with MailChimp, monitory and report with observations to improve results of ads.
We are seeking someone who can start right away.
