Shirt Designer w/ craft beer affinity wanted

Hey designers out there!

We're looking for a designer with an affinity for and knowledge about the craft beer community.
For the launch of an online there will be several designs and illustrations needed in the beginning. Later we're planning to add new designs every now and then.

Must-have's:
- be very creative
- strong illustration skills
- be willing to privide editable files
- be willing to take part in a casting, incl. providing an an example design

Nice-to-have:
- knowledge of the international craft beer community
