Hello,

I’m representing a European based T-shirt brand called “Mic T-shirt Designs” short “MTsD”. MTsD is on the market for several years and sold T-shirts worldwide. As business is increasing we are currently seeking five new employees to join our creative and dedicated young team of designers.

WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR:
- Half-Time/Full-Time Designer (20/40 hours per week) for a long-term business relationship.
- Own designs starting by the sketch with a pen
- Mastering Photoshop or Illustrator / or any other related software
- Knowledge about trademarks
- Google Drive for the workspace
- Attention to detail (reply to this job post with subject “Commitment is everything!”)
- A sense of responsibility, conscientiousness, and commitment
- Good English or German for communication

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
- Fixed monthly salary + optional bonuses depending on your work starting from $150/$300 up to $500/1000
- Alternatively, a salary per design is possible
- Long-term business relationship (at least 1 year)

WHAT HAPPENS NOW:
As we are trying to find the best designers out there for our team - we are planning to do a competition for this job. After you received an answer to your application you are in the next round. We will send you three links or ideas of t-shirts, you will have to create unique designs for those ideas by yourself and send them back within a given deadline.
