Customer Service Support (night shifts) (42 hours per week)

We welcome new graduate to apply. This job does not require a high level of experience, we will provide comprehensive training. Previous booking/ reservation experience is a plus.

Job overview:
A customer support will assist live chat and phone calls, providing high-quality service to our customers. This work requires English and Chinese language skills. This is a NIGHTSHIFT position, The successful applicant needs to work during the night. (11pm - 5am, Philippines time)
The salary is 3 AUD per hour for the first month, and 4 AUD per hour afterwards. The monthly rate for the first month will be around PHP 20,000. Salary will be paid monthly. The first week will be a paid trial.

Key Requirements:
- English and Chinese language skills
- This is a night shift position, working hours will between 11 pm - 5 am (time in Philippines).
- Available to work 6 hours a day (11 pm - 5 am) for 5 days, and 12 hours a day (5pm - 5 am) for 1 day, in total of 42 hours a week. You will have one day off every week.
- You can work on other stuff at the same time, as it won't be busy during the night, but you have to reply to live chat and phone calls if there's any
- Handling live chat inquiries and incoming phone calls
- Able to handle stress and anxiety from customers during phone calls
