Looking for EXPERIENCED CSR

We are Gemstonegods a hip-hop jewelry company based in the USA. We sell pre-made and custom products globally. We standout and known for our quality hip-hop jewelry products.

We are now opening a new job post for General Customer Service. Your primary tasks are purely customer service via email, phone and SMS to our customers. There are some other tasks to be given to you whenever the business needs other support to meet the business needs.

*You will be working 8hrs a day from Mondays to Fridays from 10PM to 6PM (9AM TO 5PM EST) with weekend offs.

*Salary and Bonuses are paid weekly every Saturday Philippine time via Paypal.


Qualifications:

-Must have a 10/0 scale for English Verbal and Written.
-1yr experience in customer service.
-Flexible and Fast Learner
-Can work during Graveyard shift.
-No attendance issues (No Excuses except EMERGENCIES)
-has experience in Slack, Shopify, Excell, Google Docs, Ring Central and other platforms.
-No Other Client.
-Willing to be a fulltime employee.
-Vey high attention to details
-Average typing speed of 45WPM
