RFID and database

I need a person (asap) that has worked with RFID tracking. We are developing a manufacturing tracking system for a three level in a supply ---------- will use RFID and blockchain (will consider a person that can write to a database). I need help with the design, build and reporting. I am easy to work with and will pay every two weeks to begin with. There will also be bonuses along the way. This project could go for 6+ months with a good possibility of going longer.
