I am looking for a Facebook Marketing Superstar to setup, run, and monitor Facebook Ad campaigns

As from my title of this posting you can tell I am looking for someone with lots of Facebook Marketing Experience.

I will have training material for you to learn from but would prefer someone who has experience coming into this job and then will just use my training to adjust your skills to what I want and the way I need it done.

Mostly interested in experience with running FB ad campaigns and how to best determine the demographics and setting up the campaign for the best ROI but having that along with a well rounded experience in all aspects of Facebook will put you at the top of the list.
Being familiar with and have used the FB Ads Cracked program would be plus but not mandatory. So please mention it if you are familiar with it.

If interested please respond with the following information. I am a very easy person to work with but need someone who can follow instructions to the tee.
I will do my best to respond to all serious candidates but if you do not hear back from me it is most likely you either did not convince me you have the qualifications needed for the job or you did not provide me with ALL the information I asked for (this goes back to the following directions thing).
It would be much appreciated if you could bullet point your responses to each question so I can quickly see you have covered everything I am looking for.
1. Explain to me in your own words what areas of FB Marketing you have worked on. The more specific the better. If there is any pages you can point me to and can tell me what you did on that page would be great.
2. Tell me what kind of niches you have worked on.
3. What type of daily spend budgets did you work with and what kind of ROI did you normally get back.
4. Tell me how long you have been working directly in the area of FB Marketing

5. Tell me very briefly what other four or five star skill sets you have. If you do not have any that is okay. If you have another skill set I might be interested in I will let you know.

6. Let me know if you prefer full or part time work and how many hours per week you can give me.
