Ebay Dropshipping

I need a VA that is great with sourcing products and have good techniques with title optimizing for eBay dropshipping using DSMtool. I am looking for someone I can grow with and if I succeed you can continue to grow with me and the business! I want to grow this business without limits and me as an entrepreneur I see this as the sky is the limit. I am hoping to find someone that can find products using Zik analytics (I have the membership) finding profitable items that can be uploaded onto DSMtool. Must have experience with DSM and Zik, if there is a product sourcing site you prefer over Zik I can check into it. I have been selling for only 2 weeks and will need someone to continue to grow with me as my account grows. I would like a VA would like to tasks such as fullfillments, keeping everything organized and clean in DSMtool. Please let me know what your past knowledge is with eBay dropshipping and the tools that I have mentioned. How long you have worked with others and the time that you can spend with me on growing the business. Time with my business will depend on the growth of the dropshipping business.
