We pay 13th Month at the completion of your 12th month with us. You are also welcome to choose to take occasional paid days off out of the balance, providing greater flexibility throughout the year.
We start off with a 1 month trial at $400 USD, from there we offer to extend to a permanent ongoing position with a negotiated salary from there.
We then have a salary and performance negotiation every 6 months from there, which results in a payrise every 6 months.
Job Description:
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting Project Managers in quality/design checking of websites as they are being built. The Assistant Project manager will help keep development projects being delivered on time, be able to make decisions about design flaws noticed, and ensure that quality standards are met before these websites are shown to the client. Must have strong English speaking/reading skills and strong attention to detail.
General Deliverable:
Checking that all links work on new pages and that they go to the correct pages
Spell checking content
Being able to point out small details when the web page being built doesn't match the design provided
Checking mobile/responsive versions of the website
Being able to make design decisions about areas that look wrong or don't function as well as they could (For example, point out if animations come in delayed, if you think the transparency of a drop down menu looks off, if capitalization is off in headers, etc).
Job Requirements:
Full time hours availability - Day time M-F, 30-40 hours/week
Must have strong English skills in order to spell check content
Must be okay with using Hubstaff time tracking software
Must have reliable internet access
