Animation artist and Video Production Creator/Editor

Buzzbox Marketing is look for a remarkable animation and video creator/editor that possesses anime/cartoon drawing skills to transform ordinary videos into something professional with an retro/anime/cartoon theme.

These are the common responsibilities involved with this role:

Primary responsibilities:
- Be awesome
- Editing long form video content (up to 1hr) and adding or creating appropriate intros/outros with open captions for the main video - (This may involve you captioning the entire video)
- Creating micro content from the long form content appropriate for social platforms (Instagram (1min 1080x1080), Twitter (1min), Facebook (3-10mins) and LinkedIn (3-10mins). No particular guidance will be given to you on where to select the most valuable content sections, therefore you need to independently curate them. All micro content requires captioning, titles and video ratio appropriate to the social platform
- Researching latest video/animation workflow and strategies and implement them in our videos

Secondary Responsibilities
- Creating cartoon/anime illustrations for podcast cover images and general graphics for social media or quote images
- Creating very short animated videos with an anime/cartoon style approach related to marketing topics
- Mapping your daily work processes to help us create more automation

We're a down to earth type of company with a no bs policy and we mainly focus on the deliverables with little micro management. If you work best in that environment then we may be a good match.

We do require a very high level of reliability and communication, and a good upload/download internet speed with enough space and speed available on your computer to manage the videos which we keep in Dropbox or Onedrive.

The first step in the employment process will be an interview on Skype, followed by a paid challenge of creating a 1 minute video from a longer video with no specific instructions, for the right candidate.
