Customer Service Assistant
- Assists in handling client requirements and shipment
- Assists her superior in managing files and records of shipments
- In agreement with its superior, assists in filing all documents per job order
- Assists in tracking and providing a report of all client shipments in coordination with its superior
- Assists in keeping the clients well informed in all stages or whole process of the cargo shipment
- Preferably have an experience as a customer service rep in a freight forwarding company, or any related field such as supply chain management, business management, transport planning or be highly trainable to understand the nature of freight forwarding and logistics.
- Should be hard-working & self-motivated, proficient in MS Word and Excel, trainable and highly-organized

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration or any related course
Experience : 1 year experience preferred but new graduates are welcome
