Convert PDF documents to Microsoft Word

I have a three PDF documents including some figures/tables that need to be converted to MS Word for submission to an academic journal.
The 1st PDF document is online: ---------- = ---------- The 2nd PDF document is also online: ---------- = ---------- The 3rd PDF document is also online: ---------- = ----------
Here are some formatting details: font Times New Roman 11 point double spacing (Tables can be single spaced and smaller font.)
