Customer Service Representative - work from home

We are looking for customer service representatives to join our support team in providing outstanding customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound customer service calls
Sending and responding to emails/instant chat
Decision making, problem-solving, taking action
Updating databases
Liaising with other internal departments

Skills and experience
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with particular attention to spelling, grammar and conversational English
Team player, hard worker, attention to detail
Ability to solve problems efficiently, work well with people, be a good listener, and remain calm when dealing with angry or upset calls from customers.
Able to take direction and lead others

Other requirements
Full Home-based / virtual office setup (separate private room with no distractions)
Computer or laptop (CPU: Intel Core i3 or higher, Memory: at least 4gb, Operating System (OS): Windows 7 or higher)
A wired or wireless internet connection with at least 4mbps download speed.
A smartphone that has at least 4gb memory and access to internet (this is only a back-up system; primary requirement is a computer / laptop).
