Experience Programmer with multi-language experience

I'm looking for programmers who is well diverse and looking for a challenge to grow with my company. If You must have the passion to build something techy and automation related projects, this job is for you!. Experience with Twilio api, Arduino and Raspberry Pi is essential. Hours will be 8hr/day 5 days a week.
Pay structure will be:
Month 1-3: $500/month
Month 4-6: $650/month
After 6 month: $750/month
After 1 Year: $1000/month
