Project overview:

We're looking for 3 experienced customer support agents to provide professional and friendly service through our live-chat website channel. This person should have a passion for helping others and be able to stay calm under pressure.

This project requires:
- Customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate care for the customer. First class customer experience
- Being able to work 8 hour shifts each day
- Able to take instructions from us
- Fluent writing skills in English
- An understanding of the health food industry
