Lead Generation / Outbound Sales Via Email

We're a 12-person marketing agency looking for an outbound sales and lead generation expert to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

You'll be prospecting for leads, adding them to email drips, and interacting with respondents. Once initially qualified and warm, you'll passes the leads to Sales to close.

Typical duties include:
- Responds to emails from prospects appropriately, provides information on our services
- Attempts to quickly disqualify or identify the need pain
- Schedules the 10 minute initial fit call
- Adds prospects’ names and emails into the marketing system
- Uses prospecting tools to identify people to add to the system
- Updates the CRM daily, ensuring deals and leads are up to date
- Assists in testing email subject lines and copy
- May eventually handle the 10 minute initial fit call, if desired
- Reports on progress

Requirements include:
- Sales, business development, or lead generation experience of some kind
- Very good written English
- Good spoken English (fluent spoken English if you want to handle initial calls)
- Experience with a CRM, Google docs, and LinkedIn is a plus
- Knowledge of marketing is a plus

Pay is fair and negotiable, depending on experience. Work hours are flexible.
