Seeking a VA who can:
- handle all administrative tasks including:
- add prospects to
- track business metrics weekly
- check store orders daily
- respond to customer/client inquiries as needed
- manage my social media accounts (IG,

- schedule/post content
- act as admin in my
- assist with repurposing my video content into different social media platforms. Tasks include:
- transfer videos from
- add captions
- turn video content into blog entries
- create quote pictures
I am looking for someone who is kind, a team player, excellent communicator, quick learner, detail oriented, will make suggestions in how to do things better, and is open to feedback!
Proficiency in the following social media platforms is required:
Knowledge in the following programs is preferred: Dropbox, 1Password, SquareSpace, Asana, Picmonkey, Canva, Active Campaign, Kajabi, Microsoft Office and Google docs.
