Virtual Assistant for new online Fashion Boutique

This is a virtual, work-from-home position for a online Fashion Boutique which includes women jewelry and clothes.

The position is part-time, but would lead into full-time.

20-25 hours/week-flexible hours

We are looking for someone who can grow with the company.

Must be fluent in English, with excellent writing + communications

Must have experience working on virtual teams with online software

Graphic Design experience is a plus

Must have experience with Social Media Management

Experience with listing products on eCommerce sites, Canva, PicMonkey, Skype, Slack, Facebook groups, Facebook ads, Instagram, Shopify, web conferencing, google docs, google spreadsheets, virtual calendaring, drag and drop websites

Requirements: Personal Computer up to date operating system, software, and webcam. Internet connection minimum 15 mbp downlad, 3 upload


Duties include but not limited to:

• Listing products on Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, and/or eBay

• Social media management including posting daily content to Facebook and Instagram

• Drafting, testing, sending, and reporting on newsletters to our email list.

• Responding to comments and building engagement in social media

• Working with CEO to create Canva images to post on-brand campaigns

• Update the company brand guide

• Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator etc.(Photo Editing, Designing, etc...)

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)

• Written and Verbal Communication in English

• Basic knowledge in Web Development
