Virtual Assistant / Instagram Marketing Manager -- Want someone experienced in IG marketing

We are an US cultural exchange program agency company from Hong Kong.

We are looking for a part time/freelance Instagram account manager.?
We prefer someone who has a proven track record of Instagram marketing/management.

But we want to start with an entry-level task first:
-Use our IG account to follow the suitable right target student accounts, so that they can follow us back. Very very simple ---------- special skill is needed.

$2.5 USD per hour / 1 - 1.5 hrs per day / 3-4 days per weeks
[Expected Goal: Can at least follow 1000 people per hour ]

If you have great knowledges and experience with Instagram / social media marketing to contribute to us, we will further give you Instagram management works, includes:
-Do research on ideas of content for IG
-Design, make graphics and write content for IG accounts (We will give you access to our system for creating images.)
We have video/photos materials. You just need to make them nice, and schedule content to be released with a good planning.
-Reach Goals of increasing the right target IG followers : Universities students / young people??We will initially do this for the next 30 days to see how it goes. Hours & Salary for these advanced tasks can be ---------- nd us:
