Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a virtual assistant who:
1. Has experience listing eBay items using Inkfrog.
2. Has full understanding writing optimized titles and relevant product descriptions.
3. Able to write a description and list an item using.
a. Information from an excel spreadsheet
and/or
b. information from only photos (including photos of tags, material, ingredients etc.)
4. Strong English skills, able to write accurate descriptions without my having to go back and make multiple corrections.

These tasks will be further explained.
