JOB OVERVIEW

I am currently looking for a virtual assistant that can help keep me on task, on focus and help grow my business. I need someone that is social media savvy and can assist with marketing my services, scheduling appointments and speaking engagements as well as organizing my life so that I get the things done I need to get done.
You must be a creative thinker a self starter and able to get things done with little to no direction.
The ideal candidate must be aggressive and able to think how I would think in certain situations.

Main Duties:
Introduce your client's profile and services
Posting ads on craigslist
Social Media management
Generating leads for the client
Tracking leads
Making outbound calls to warm leads
Checking & Sending Emails
Putting together letters for speaking engagements
Posting & Screening applicants for jobs for outsourced

Requirements:
Some college (college degree preferred)
At least 1 year experience with phone sales or telemarketing
Must have a high-level oral and written communication skills
Articulate and confident
High energy and positive attitude
Willing to learn
Willing to work at night and on weekends
Have a work station at your home
Good and long work history
