Seeking a part time VA to How to instructions

Seeking a qualified and very detailed oriented person to write Standard operating procedures and step by step processes of instructions after watching videos and reading articles.

Qualifications:
1. Detailed written instructions after watching videos
2. Write summaries on how to complete certain tasks.
3. Watch and understand in detail and be able to create tabs on google docs.

Part time 2-4 hours a day.
1. Do you know how to create tables of context on google docs?
2. Are you a detailed person who knows how to take screen shots of instructions and write a comprehensive detailed instructions?
